History of DIVINDUS
The Local Industries Group, known as DIVINDUS, was founded in 2015 under the supervision of the Ministry of Industry, following the merger and acquisition of 5 regional SGPs and the Wood Manufacture Group. This merger was finalised in February 2017 with the integration of 32 units from the four regional SGP industrial zones (Centre, East, West and South).
With a share capital of 14.947 billion Algerian dinars, the DIVINDUS Group generates an average annual turnover of 37 billion dinars and employs approximately 15,200 people.
DIVINDUS brings together 14 subsidiaries and 147 units operating in three main sectors of activity, which tend to become homogeneous, with solid local and regional roots at a national level.
