Our History and Expansion

The DIVINDUS Group was established in 2015 through the merger and acquisition of five regional SPs and the Wood Manufacture Group. This strategic consolidation was finalized in February 2017, integrating 32 units from four SGP regional industrial zones. Today, the DIVINDUS Group encompasses 14 subsidiaries comprising 147 locally-rooted units, present in 43 wilayas.
