The DIVINDUS Group at the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF 2025) – A strategic participation to strengthen intra-African trade

The DIVINDUS Group actively took part in the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF 2025), organized in Algiers from September 4 to 10, 2025, by the African Union, the African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank), in partnership with the African Union Commission and the AfCFTA Secretariat.

This large-scale event brought together more than 2,000 exhibitors from 140 countries, offering a unique platform for meetings between African businesses, governments, and investors.

A showcase for Algerian industrial expertise

Through the participation of six of its subsidiaries (AMM, CERAM, CAPREF, APMC, MCM and CETIC), the DIVINDUS Group highlighted a wide range of products: sanitary ceramics, Saharan cabins, urban and metal furniture, construction materials, and technological solutions.

Our stand, set up in the Concorde pavilion and in a dedicated outdoor space, generated strong interest from numerous visitors and potential partners.

Strategic partnerships sealed

On the occasion of IATF 2025, the DIVINDUS Group achieved its objectives in terms of prospecting and cooperation, materialized by the signing of three memorandums of understanding with different African countries:

🤝 Ghana: supply of construction materials, furniture, and Saharan cabins as part of the Industrial City – Accra project;

🤝 Sierra Leone: cooperation in road infrastructure projects and supply of sanitary ceramics;

🤝 Ethiopia: supply of prefabricated Saharan cabins.

These agreements pave the way for concrete opportunities for cooperation and export in several African countries.

The participation of the DIVINDUS Group in IATF 2025 strengthened its presence in the African market, multiplied strategic contacts, and confirmed its commitment to actively contribute to intra-African trade and to the diversification of exports beyond hydrocarbons.
